shipped from our store next to the Metrodome in Minneapolis. Therefore, the closer
you are to Minneapolis, the quicker you will receive your shipment.

Regular FedEx Ground Shipping usually ships to the East/West Coasts in 3-5 business days and to the Midwest in 1-2 business days. FedEx Express Saver usually arrives in 3 or 4 business days. Please remember that FedEx Express does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and is NOT Available to AK/HI or terroritoes. Saturday, Sunday and Major Holidays do not count as part of the delivery/transit day.

Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by DomePlus.com. Once we receive the package back in our store, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appeared to be damaged in shipping. -
Oversized Packages
Some of the items cannot be shipped Via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Express via our Flat Rate Express Services. If you need something Oversized quicker, you may call in your order and pay the exact Express Charges -- Usually this is 2-3 times the normal rate (For example: An over sized jacket being shipped Next Day Air would probably cost $50-60 USD.

Ordering online is simple. All you need to do is click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button next to the item and it is placed in your basket. You can then go back and add more items or check out through the SECURE SERVER. We use the standard in SSL Data Protection to protect your name and Credit Card Information from prying eyes.
Your Card will be immediately charged when you go through the checkout. In the event that we are out of stock of a portion of your order, we will credit your account as soon as possible. We will keep filling orders until the FedEx Driver arrives and also make multiple trips to the Post Office.
If you prefer to send a payment just print the order summary that lists your desired items and billing/shipping address.

Money Orders and Cashier's Checks leave the same day they arrive. Personal checks may be held for 7-10 days while they clear. If you want us to "Hold" your items for you, please send us an e-mail with the item numbers and sizes you want saved. We will only hold items for 7 days. This is especially important during the busy sports seasons when we run out of items. We will refund any portion of the order by check if it can not be filled when you submit payment.
DomePlus.com Returns & Exchanges
Returns occasionally need to be made. You can return anything as long as it is in it's original (unused, worn, etc) condition within 60 days of the purchase (For Player T-Shirts/Jerseys, the Player can not be injured or traded). Please include you name and phone number along with an explanation on how you would like to handle the return. We will credit your account (Please Include a Copy of Your Invoice or Credit Card Receipt) for the exact purchase price (not including shipping) or exchange it for the same item or another item of approximate value. If you are exchanging for a different size, please include a check for $3.95 for us to return your item to you. If you ordered online we can charge your submitted credit card for the return shipping fee and/or any changes to your order. You may just email us with the changes you want and we can ship them out immediately and credit your card when the returned item (s) are received.
